Visa: Incoming fellows of non-EU citizens who need visa enter into Poland, we will provide visa assistance (invitation letter) to them for their visa application purpose, the detailed visa application procedure pls. contact your nearest Polish Embassy.
Housing: INCT has its own hotel and is able to rent rooms for incoming fellows. We are also glad to help them to find room out of INCT based on their requirements and needs.
Insurance: Foreign affair division of INCT provides assistance in insurance for our outgoing fellows; For incoming fellows, EU/EEA students need to have the European Health Insurance(EKUZ) to get free medical care in Poland, for which they apply in their home country. Non-EU/EEA students need to purchase a private health insurance policy.
