The RADOV “RADiation harvesting of bioactive peptides from egg prOteins and their integration in adVanced functional products” project kick-off-meeting (KoM) was held on 22-23 September 2022 in the INCT.
Sixteen participants from 5 countries and Project Officer Dr Cristina Fernandes-Ramos form the European Commission took part in the event.

were invited to present the scope of the activity.
The meeting was structured as a 2-days event:
Day 1 was a plenary session with an overview of the whole project structure, the consortium agreement and coordination procedures and the introduction of different partners of the consortium.
Day 2 was focussed on presentations of the companies involved in RADOV as Partners and Affiliated Entities. Moreover, financial issues and legal implications of RADOV project were also presented. Visit to the INCT Sterilization Plant was organized after plenary session. Steering Committee meeting closed the second day of the KoM.
