Competition for the position of Assistant at the Scientific Department – Centre for Nuclear Technology Applications

Job description:

  • conducting research on the recovery of valuable metals from waste materials using hydrometallurgical methods, including bioleaching,
  • use of radioisotope methods and appropriate analytical methods to optimize the process,
  • supervision and assistance of doctoral and master's theses conducted at the Center,
  • preparation of reports and public presentation of results,
  • preparation of scientific publications,
  • participation in the preparation of grant applications.

Required qualifications:

  • Master's degree in chemistry,
  • experience in conducting research using ionizing radiation,
  • scientific achievements in the form of publications in journals from the Philadelphia list,
  • fluent knowledge of English languages,
  • strong motivation to work and learn new knowledge and technical skills,
  • teamwork skills, experience in scientific cooperation in the implementation of research projects and grants.

  • a list of publications published in journals from the Philadelphia List,
  • documented information on scientific and professional achievements proved by proper documents,
  • the documents providing the knowledge of B2 English skills,
  • a declaration on the full use of civil rights.
