The government delegations of Austria and Poland meeting devoted to exchange of information of nuclear safety and radiation protection
The third meeting of government delegations of Austria and Poland devoted to exchange of information of nuclear safety and radiation protection took place in Warsaw on May, 25 and 26, 2011. The Austrian delegation headed by Mr. Willy Kempla from the Federal Ministry for European and International Affairs visited the INCT on 26 May 2011. The guests visited the Centre for Radiation Research and Technology and the Centre of Radiobiology and Biological Dosimetry and attended the seminar where research directions developed in the INCT were presented. Professor A. Chmielewski presented general information about the INCT. Dr. Z. Zimek discussed working of Co-operation Centre of IAEA-INCT “Radiation Technologies and Industrial Dosimetry”. The guests also learned about work of biological dosimetry (Dr. S. Sommer) and radiopharmaceuticals (Prof. A. Bilewicz).
Mrs. Yeunje Oh from the Nuclear Energy Foundation with a group of Korean students and Austrian delegation visited the Institute.
