THE MEASUREMENT SYSTEM RADIATION ENHANCED ANNEALING EXPERIMENTS WITH A VAN DE GRAAFF ELECTRON ACCELERATOR

A measuring system for radiation enhanced annealing experiments with a Van de Graaff electron accelerator has been designed and assembled at the Institute of Nuclear Chemistry and Technology in Warsaw. The system comprising various irradiation stands as well as some chosen defect annealing experiments on semiconducting materials have been described.
