The Monte Carlo calculations of the registration efficiency of a four-channel NE213 detector for
2.5 MeV neutrons are reported. The dependence of the efficiency on registration threshold as well as
the influence of different substances placed between the neutron source and the scintillators on the
efficiency value are also shown.
